Accounts Payable

Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Pay vendors by scheduling checks and ensure payments are received for outstanding credit. Respond to all vendors inquiries regarding finance. Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.

Accounts Receivable

Maintain customers accounts to reflect accurate information. Generate and send invoices to customers to ensure payments are received in a timely manner. Apply payments received. Research and resolve customer billing issues, generate aging reports, place billing and collection calls .

Payroll Processing

Help manage and maintain consistent payroll system. Accurate and timely compensation. 1099 Reporting in an timely manner. Payroll tax calculation Ensure all employee special garnishments are processed correctly.

Bank Reconcialiations

Reconcile bank & credit card accounts at the end of each month and/or as needed (weekly, daily). Check for any discrepancies and classify each transaction to ensure tax savings.

Financial Reporting

Provide information necessary to make strategic decisions at any time during the year and Identify cost saving opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements. Ensure resources are sufficient and allocated Properly.

Sales Tax

File sales tax annually and quarterly. Calculate, collect, report and remit sales tax on time.
